On-Site Design Consultation
Once on site, I will survey the site conditions, listen to your goals, and discuss ideas and solutions. If you have copies of current home plans or site plans, it will assist with the initial design process. The scope of the budget will also be discussed. Following this meeting, I will develop a Design Proposal Agreement.
